A Temple Fork Outfitters TAC Surf Spinning Rod is meant for the surf angler who wants to throw long casts into challenging waters accurately and repeatedly – and to do so all day long without fatigue. This series of seven moderate-fast to fast surf fishing rods range in lengths from 8 – 12 feet in length and in medium-light to heavy powers with the blanks being constructed from intermediate modulus carbon fiber material. All of these TAC Surf Spinning Rods use braid- and saltwater-safe Fuji K-Series Guides with Fuji Alconite inserts and are 70/30 split, two-piece models, to better emulate one-piece rod performance and for safer transportation to and from fishing waters. Up-locking pipe-style reel seats, EVA foam grips, and rubber butt caps contribute to durability, performance, and comfort. The manufacturer offers a no-fault lifetime warranty against defects, too.
