Lew’s BB1 Pro LFS Low-Profile Casting Reel is already known for the length of its casts. The dual-stage titanium-coated line guide is set away from the spool so as to reduce line friction and maximize casting performance. A lightweight ergonomically tapered one-piece aluminum frame holds the LFS Pro BB1 together with graphite side plates. You control spool braking from free spool to maximum through a click of the 27-position QuietCast Adjustable Centrifugal Braking System. Further, 10-bearings and a Zero-Reverse anti-reverse scheme offer butter-smooth cranking and stopping power. The PRO1H model sports a 6.2:1 gearing ratio, a favorite for deep cranking, while still performing well with spinnerbaits, swimbaits, and bladed jigs. Use the multipurpose PRO1SH reel and its 7.5:1 gear ratio for jerkbaits, topwater lures, and for a variety of applications. The PRO1XH edition is a high-speed reel boasting an 8.3:1 ratio that is ideal for taking up line rapidly and for pitching, flipping, or crawling a deep jig or Carolina-rig slowly.
